CURE is also providing technical assistance to the DOHFW in the design and development of a Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) strategy involving both mass and local media. This includes designing and developing messages, tools and material, implementation activities for improving utilization of health care services and programmes and supporting the establishment of institutional and financial arrangements for BCC.
